A few troubleshooting tips when chrome devices do not print
These settings can be adjusted in the Google Admin Console. Navigate to Devices -> Chrome -> Printers
- Make sure the IP address of the printer is static and did not change
- In the Host field, use the printer IP address (instead of the hostname)
- Change protocol LPD to IPP. We’ve had to do this with Kyocera devices
- Make sure “Allow for users in this organization” is enabled
